Updated: I had an appointment at 12:30 PM on July 28 with Ricky West. He missed the appointment time but went out of his was to come after hours to provide support. He educated us on the issue and was very friendly and helpful! Thanks for making it right!

Called them for flooding in my basement from the sewer backing up. They were very professional, honest, explained exactly what I could expect and they worked around my schedule. The best part was that Brett’s quote was $1000 less than the other quotes I got and what he quoted was exactly what he charged me.
