Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric

Brothers service was quick, and through. They explain the cause of the problem, and what they would do to fix it. They gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work sooner than we expected. Kyle and Tyler were both professional, and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. We will continue to use Brothers for all our plumbing needs.

I had several plumbers do on-site visits and estimates in 2021 for a tankless water heater and associated upgrades. I decided to wait until my old tank unit failed, but Todd at Brothers made such a positive impression on me that I called the company back in 2023 when it finally did. Dave at Brothers did the install along with several others, and they did a fine job. Brothers was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they're professional, responsive, and confidence inspiring. We're fortunate to have some good trades companies in this area and Brothers is definitely on my short list.

As always, Brother’s responded quickly and with 100% professionalism. I was very please with the technician but I haven’t tried my Hest or A/C since he left so it’s hard for me to say I’m 100% satisfied until I actually use them. I will note a few things. When it literally takes a technician less than 30 minutes to fix an issue that was more cosmetic than expertise, it would have been nice to have not been charged nearly $200 but I guess that’s the price you pay for using a company with a lot of overhead vs a Mom and Pop- type business. Nearly $70 just to walk in my front door is a bit steep in my opinion but if my HVAC system is actually working properly, that’ll make it worth the cost. I was a bit disappointed that when I asked the technician to move my hot water heater setting up one notch, he suggested I call a plumber. I realize Brother’s has Plumber services but come on, the hot water heater is less than two feet into the attic and it’s new. It would have taken two seconds to tur
