Kaleb Snedigar was amazing! I have been without hot water nearly a week and was incredibly frustrated with my situation. KALEB called on his way here, arrives shortly thereafter, assessed and gave me a quote that was reasonable. He worked quickly to replace my water heater and did it in probably the most professional manner I have yet to see! Thank you so much Kaleb! I appreciate you and your dedication to a job WELL DONE!!!

Kaleb the technician was knowledgeable and experienced and quickly put together a plan to replace the water heater almost immediately. We thought we had an issue and called and he immediately came back and found everything was in proper order. His work was great and he was concerned enough to make a return visit to check on our concerns. Everything was in order, and we appreciate his concern and hard work, and of course his capability.
