Andrew provided us with the information needed to decide on the best unit for our home. The installers were very efficient and courteous and did the installation with minimum disruption to other activities in the home. Upon completion of installation, they did an excellent job of cleaning the area.

We have been satisfied customers for over 20 years with this company. They installed and maintain 2 of our systems in different locations in the Charleston area. Recently we had our air go out in a rental home. Berkeley had the part needed for repair of the system. The next day when they were to repair our system one of their 2 technicians became ill with COVID. The remaining tech had to repair both his customers and the technicians customers who became ill. The technician arrived at our rental home after 9 :00 pm and worked until close to 11:00 pm to get our system cooling. This technician went over and above to provide cooling comfort for our guests.
