I just want to express how incredibly kind this company has been to my family during such a hard time. From the office manager Jennifer who was kind and compassionate to the guys who came out and cleaned out the septic system and replaced all the piping when they saw that the pipes were beyond cleaning. They came out same day when we told them our sink was over flowing with water. They returned the very next morning to start and complete the job even though I know they were over booked with appointments. They called later that evening and the next day to check on our family in our time of need. Thank you to TJ Jason Justin and Brason. You guys are awesome!!! I cannot say enough about how polite and kind these guys are and efficient. They did a great job!!

Boiling Springs Heating & Air installed our system (except the heat pump) before we bought our house two years ago so we decided to continue with them on a paid maintenance plan. No major issues until our heat pump died, which the did tell us would last about three more years. So we were expecting it to go soon. We called them two weeks ago and they came to check it out. Two weeks later, we’re still waiting on any kind of communication about our issues. We’ve called them twice to find out the next steps with nothing but promises to call us back. In the meantime, we’ve called another company. The other company has come to assess the situation, talk about our options, and schedule the service…in less than 72 hours. The other company also told us the air handler installed by Boiling Springs Heating and Air isn’t really compatible with the heat pump but they forced it to work anyway. In addition, the maintenance plan we paid for is definitely cancelled because they even neglected to put an

BEWARE OFTHIS COMPANY!!! Called and asked for someone to replace my furnace filter and they told me it would be $89 When a technician arrived he wrote up an “estimate” for almost $1300 and told me there were a number of issues with my furnace. I was immediately suspicious as we have had zero issues with our furnace since moving into this home (but I was not sure how to change the filter nor did I want to climb into the attic so that was the reason for my initial call.) Fortunately my ex husband knows an excellent heating and cooling expert who also became suspicious upon seeing the estimate and came right over. Lo and behold, my heat suddenly did not work. The gas had been turned off and there was some type of plastic piece that had been situated to block air flow, ensuring we would have no heat. Do not use this company.
