Right out the gate, we were impressed with the quick response of this company. My wife submitted an online request and got a phone call within 2 min. Less than 30 min after that, John (the electrician) was at our house addressing our needs. He professionally gave us the options of what we could do and level set what he could get done that day and what he needed to come back to finish. 100% satisfaction with his work and demeanor! Will definitely use them again for our electric needs!

Needed power pulled out to some sheds on the side of the house and had Josh come out to take a look. Once we figured out what needed to be done he was able to start same day. Josh and his crew were polite and professional from start to finish, making helpful and cost effective suggestions throughout the week long project. I highly recommend Mr electric and will be using them for any future electrical work.

I called in for a small issue going on with an outlet outside. Mr. Electric was very quick to respond and able to fit me in that same day. The electrician was very professional and quick to resolve the problem however he also performed a whole house inspection at no cost which revealed some items i know about but a few others i was not aware of. I was given a cost estimate for each item and also an explanation for each so now i have an estimate and order of importance on what needs to get done next.
