I worked for this company at the bushy park-nexan location for FZ. Kirk was the Forman—he was/is a bully. All he does is disrespect people and he is never appreciative of anything? He Will degrade you in front of the whole company, ( I’m positive the company knows his reputation). I had worked for him for Port City electric 20 years ago and he was the same way. I thought “well it is 2021 people change”. What message are we sending to our kids? On the flip side I worked with Troy (project manager at the same site) at A/C electric he was very respectful and fair. I personally believe that we as a society needs it be setting examples for our kids. Kirk is still in the 80’s where he thinks being a bully is OK. IT isn’t stand up to companies that hire bully’s (no business until they get rid of the bullies).

Good company with great benefits. They have a pretty good solid staff, except one guy who just ruined a lot of the overall vibes of the company. He was the reason behind me being laid off. I enjoyed my time there, and would go back if offered. Only if that one guy is gone.

Terrible driver for this company on the road this morning. Does not know how to use turn signals and had I not been paying attention the driver would have crashed into me by trying to turn into my lane without looking or using a signal.
