HH H noad a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention. Tim and his partner were on time and professional. They took care of the issue and provided guidance to prevent future issues. While there that also were able to diagnosis and correct a heating issue we were having. This prevented scheduling another trip and a quick solution. I called Brasington Plumbing and HVAC to repair a toilet in our guest house. It was about 15 mins later, they called me back and wanted to know if it would be ok to come on out today? Well, yeah???? Our experience was the BEST! Tim and Tyler were very knowledgeable, arrived on time, very professional, and fast to repair our toilet... Not to mention they were Easy to look at???????? We finally found A reputable Plumbing Company that does a great job and their word means they'll do what they say they will do and more! That's why they have been in business since 1935! If I could give zero, I would. I don't understand how they have such good reviews, but then again, maybe others didn't get a 2nd opinion and believed them. They had us convinced that the best option was to replace our entire ac system....which would have opened a line of credit for a 16,000 dollar job. Fortunately, we were smart to get a 2nd opinion. Dynamic Heating and Air came out, tacking us onto the end of a busy day, told us the job was only 200 and that the part needing to be fixed wasn't even mentioned by this company. They had it all wrong to begin with. Customer service was great, everyone was polite and very nice to talk to, however, they can't be trusted.
