Brasington installed new plumbing for a new bathroom in my 1940s home, as well as running a new water line to the house from the meter. They knocked the job out quickly, and they were fun to work with. (I was doing more cosmetic-oriented jobs for the new bathroom at the same time) Good crew, they weren't my cheapest quote, or the most expensive quote, but I went with them because I felt they were the right people upon meeting them. Great company.

Not happy. That person(your employees) should have give me the name and phone number so I have to contact. The person who lives upstairs caused the water leaking. I feel lack of communication. That rating is not as great! I am frustrating. I keep asking if AC unit is safe to turn it on. They can’t help me out. I paid for $99.00 for nothing. But last December- the guy who replace water heater was great and best. I am concerned for my healthy safety. On response on text was great and made preparations to come down (representatives) is great job! Remember that I am deaf and try to get understand what is going on and should give me the contact and phone number. I am very disappointed. I lost respect. That is not friendly.
