Heritage got my business and I'm glad. Here's why. The owner (Rusty) and his son came out to do the initial inspection and were very up front and detailed about what needed to be addressed. Rusty met with the insurance adjuster which was very helpful. When we came to an agreement Rusty was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of what would be done and the materials that would be used. He explained how the work would take place and how he would protect the plants, house, and clean up. When it came to scheduling he was able to get to work in the time frame I needed and finished well ahead of his deadline. The workers were fast but without overlooking anything or cutting corners.
