I was facing cancellation of my home insurance because the new insurance company said I needed a new roof or they would cancel. By chance, Orange Elephant rep RICHARD KERR was talking to my next door neighbor and came over to me in the driveway. Richard explained that they could inspect and possibly get insurance to pay for it because there had been documented wind damage on a certain day. I said go for it! He did. Richard and my insurance inspected and the insurance company agreed it was from wind damage. I had to pay for my deductible but my insurance company paid the rest, over $15,000. TRIP (III) supervised a crew that removed and installed my new roof in one day. Production manager ED scheduled me in so that I could beat the cancellation deadline.
