One afternoon David stopped at our home to explain the services of Orange Elephant. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of your product. What I really liked was his mannerisms and the fact that he was not a “pushy” salesman. He answered all questions and was prompt in returning all my phone calls. Workers were all business and got the job done quickly and efficiently. One more shout out would be to Jared your Project Manager. Don't fall for there sales tactics. Iwas told that I was under no obligation to get my roof checked for hail damage. They did say that they would work with my insurance to get me the best value . I NEVER received an estimate for the job of re-roofing my house from this company. I do have a right to shop around for the best value though. I told them that I was not going to use them but instead use a local company. 1 week later I receive a letter saying I owe them 2500.00 dollars for breach of contract. I DID NOT sign a contract nor have I payed them any sort of upfront deposit for them to do the work. Why would I owe you 2500.00 dollars with no binding contract , no deposit made, no materials delivered, NOTHING ! How is this a binding contract ? I was LIED TO & DECIEVED ! I was told by Sam that what I signed was for them to get on my roof and work with my insurance company & was under NO OBLIGATION to use them !. That was VERY DECIEVING & UNPROFESSIONAL tosay the least ! I feel as if

Roof shingle install was done in a day. The workers were very good with the job and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Salesman, Sam, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Pleased with the results. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
