I had a Mitsubishi Mini Split installed in a renovated room over my garage. Mr. Jerry stopped by twice during the planning and construction phase to answer my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed to prepare for the install. On the day of install, Will, Robbie and Scott showed up on time and ready to go. They talked me through what to expect and answered questions as they worked. Will made sure I was happy with the appearance of the install and also that I had the information I needed to get the best service from my unit. They supplied all the information for me to send for the rebate and made sure I was happy with the install before they left. The unit is so quiet I can hardly hear it run.
