Quality Plus Heating & AC have been our service providers for over 20 years. We’ve always had prompt and efficient service whether it was a scheduled maintenance or an emergency outage. Recently we had a completely new system installed in our home. The recommended system they installed has been heaven sent. Robbie and Will were so easy to work with. The left our home with their work areas so spotless it was hard to tell they had been there working most of the day. With us having 4 seasons in a single week we are still always comfortable. I needed my heating and air unit converted from propane to natural gas . I called Jerry and within a couple of days he and his team had me converted and ready to go. These guys do excellent work and clean up the work area so well you hardly know they were there. Jerry not only walked me through every step of the project he also called the utility company and coordinated getting inspections done and having them set their meter and getting me going. I did not have to anything ,he took care of everything. I bought my unit from Jerry and every time I have needed service he has been prompt and professional. I had a Mitsubishi Mini Split installed in a renovated room over my garage. Mr. Jerry stopped by twice during the planning and construction phase to answer my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed to prepare for the install. On the day of install, Will, Robbie and Scott showed up on time and ready to go. They talked me through what to expect and answered questions as they worked. Will made sure I was happy with the appearance of the install and also that I had the information I needed to get the best service from my unit. They supplied all the information for me to send for the rebate and made sure I was happy with the install before they left. The unit is so quiet I can hardly hear it run.
