So we tried to get Ace Handyman Services to install a doggy door for us. I'd never done this before and I wanted some professional help. I took the day off from work so that I could meet the rep being sent by the company; that morning he texted me saying that he couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule. I told him I'd taken the day off; they sent the owner instead. The owner came out and looked at the job, and said he'd get me a quote. And then... nothing. I literally never heard back from them. I wound up getting the door installed by my neighbor and paid him instead. I would have paid Ace Handyman for the job, they just never followed up with me.
Jacob did an excellent job and was wonderful to work with for this task.
