We were having problems, as was nearly everyone else in Charleaton, during the Christmas cold snap of '22. HVAC would not heat up the house. Our normal guy was backed up, and everyone else either did not answer or call back. I understand. It is the day after Christmas, and our offices are closed as well, so im not busting on others. But Ervin did call us back and showed up after his other call was complete, fixed our problem, explained the issue, and how to help prevent it in the future. He was very professional and polite, and next time we have an issue, he will be our first call. We are already putting him on a service plan to help prevent any further issues. We can’t overstate how impressed we are with Aptus. Discovered our pipes were frozen the morning before Xmas and spoke with Ervin who spent a good 10 minutes on the phone getting some background, suggesting initial diagnostics, and assured us he could come by later in the afternoon. Ervin kept us updated on his status during the day, came over by 4pm, and spent 3+ hours assessing and fixing the problem(s) caused by the freeze. He was very easy going, thorough, communicative, and efficient throughout. Supremely impressed and grateful. We definitely are switching all of our plumbing and HVAC services over to Aptus.
