As many in Mt. P know, the older houses and high humidity are a perfect storm for being harsh on HVAC units. Ours was slowly on its way out, then died suddenly. Ervin was able to figure out the issue and correct it quickly. He did a fantastic job getting the unit working again and got us a reasonable quote to replace the entire unit when it finally breathes its last breath. Martin is absolutely fantastic! Truly a Godsend, genuine, kind and hardworking man. He came to my rescue at 11pm at night, when my first floor was covered in water and I needed help drying/vacuuming it up as quickly as possible. He helped move furniture, rugs, and spent hours vacuuming and emptying gallons of water. He helped dry walls, baseboards, windows, and waited with me until another water damage service arrived. He initially came to fix a broken refrigerator water hose, but stayed to help with whatever he could. He was encouraging and calm, and he assured me everything would be ok...even when emotions were high and I was not the kindest more appreciative person in the moment.
