Just had a service tech named Nick at my home to assist with some plumbing issues, and he was EXCELLENT!! Did a great job and was super sweet. Thanks Nick and Aptus!! We appreciate you, and will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!!

We can’t overstate how impressed we are with Aptus. Discovered our pipes were frozen the morning before Xmas and spoke with Ervin who spent a good 10 minutes on the phone getting some background, suggesting initial diagnostics, and assured us he could come by later in the afternoon. Ervin kept us updated on his status during the day, came over by 4pm, and spent 3+ hours assessing and fixing the problem(s) caused by the freeze. He was very easy going, thorough, communicative, and efficient throughout. Supremely impressed and grateful. We definitely are switching all of our plumbing and HVAC services over to Aptus.

As many in Mt. P know, the older houses and high humidity are a perfect storm for being harsh on HVAC units. Ours was slowly on its way out, then died suddenly. Ervin was able to figure out the issue and correct it quickly. He did a fantastic job getting the unit working again and got us a reasonable quote to replace the entire unit when it finally breathes its last breath.
