Didn't even get as far as a phone call, well, SEVERAL phone calls until the owner called back to basically curse me out stating he "ain't got time to service my residence" and "to stop threatening that you'll keep calling." I wasn't threatening; I was actually calling to get someone to call me back. I was in need of service, haven't had hot water from my brand new water heater and I was only using them after my water heater's manufacturer told me to call them, as they would cover the costs of repair. I called for a WEEK straight with no call back whatsoever to finally get a call from the owner who was right off the bat huffy and , yet all anyone there could have done was relay a message back to their "call center" to state they were unable to assist due to being shorthanded, COVID, etc. Instead, I had to call and leave messages for someone to call me back for days on end. The call center stated someone would call to set up an appointment, with each time having my call log history, yet

Very disappointed. We had this company come and fix a running toilet at my 90 year old Mom's house since we live out of town. The plumber showed up and fixed it, so we thought. 6 weeks later she was informed by the city that her water use was very high. She called another plumber since she didn't know what the issue was. He determined that the same toilet was still leaking because of an old flap in the toilet. The new plumber took pictures of the old parts that were in the toilet. The flap was old, saturated and flimsy which was causing the water to flow. JMJ didn't change it when they were out fixing the toilet. We called the company after this, as they charged her $150, to find out what was originally done. When we called and the owner, he was very belligerent, rude and obnoxious. He stated that we were just trying to get the money back for our mother. We just wanted to know if his plumber did anything. We said that all we could do was to leave a bad review in which he replied, " Oh

This company was assigned through our home warranty company for a leak in our upstairs shower. The leak was causing mold to appear and saturate my toddler’s bedroom ceiling to the point of creating a hole when touched. They showed up to the wrong house initially, came into my home with no tools or equipment and asked to borrow a screwdriver to open the shower drain. There were 2 techs and after 5 minutes in my bathroom, one left and did not return at all. The tech that stayed told me the other tech left to smoke a cigarette. They spent about 20 minutes total at my home and sealed the drain and toilet just in case. A few days later, the leak is worse with more mold and more water damage. I called my home warranty company as I did not want to use this company again and have thankfully been assigned another company for repair. It’s a big deal to me, because it’s causing extensive secondary damage that we are paying a water restoration team to repair. I also don’t want my young son exposed
