The work crew arrived 4 hours late and with the wrong equipment. Had to wait another 30 minutes or so for them to return. After installation of a ceiling fan, the fan worked, the light did not. They said something wrong with the light, didn't bother to check anything. I had a friend come to check and he found a wire was not correctly connected. He charged me 50 bucks to get it to work. Mikey Z charged 200 and it didn't work. Hmm

Both gates to my backyard were damaged during storms. (They had been poorly installed originally!) I found Mikey Z online by his website and on Facebook! So grateful! He returned my call quickly, came out when scheduled, gave me a reasonable estimate and brought his team to install new gates. This time the job was done right! Prompt, courteous, professional, obviously a builder! I was so pleased that I know I will use his services again. Glad to see “Best of Beach 2019”. Well-deserved.

We moved into a remodled home and wanted some extra storage. Also had a downspout prolem. Mikey Z and his son came out and gave us an estimate and promptly showed up the next Monday. He is very good at planning, very neat and his work is of Professional Quality. We will certainly use him in the future. I can't comment on Value because we didn't have another price on the job.
