Professional and honest. I was selling my grandma’s house from 5 states away. We were destroyed in the inspection. I hired Accurate to do the roof with the idea to have the contractor they recommended do the basic repairs. We paid half of the quote because we needed the Roof and the repairs done quickly for closing. The handyman came in with a ridiculous quote ( absolutely no fault of accurate he is a separate company) I had to back out of the deal with accurate because I had a roofer and repair estimate that was 4000 less. They didn’t have to let me out of our Signed contract! They didn’t have to refund ALL of our money but they knew every dollar of the sale of this house went to the care of my grandmother. They did both. It’s called integrity of which a lot of companies are lacking these days. They are an excellent roofing company that exercises compassion and understanding. Thank you.

Rob, Mike, and their staff did a fantastic job in repairing and replacing my roof. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The price was very fair for all that they had to do. They explained everything completely. They were professional and nice to work with. I will definitely use them for my next project. Accurate Builders went the extra mile to replace my mother's roof over three years ago. Though I coordinated the job from out of state, Rob made the process seamless. He addressed potential problems honestly, and the end price was more than reasonable. My mother has not had any problems with her roof since the project was completed. We will be consulting Rob again for any future construction needs.
