Geoff is always professional, efficient and thorough. I realize that when doing the maintenance, air professionals need to go in and out of the home several times during the visit But the company should offer shoe covers as I had to vacuum mud off of the downstairs floor and up my entire stairway going upstairs to the inside unit. They always come when needed and get the unit running. However it was a brand new unit that was pricier than some others but we thought it would work better. Very disappointed in the unit. The one for downstairs that is same brand bought at same time works like a dream. Just wish the upstairs one would too. Service: A/C system repair
