I'm more than impressed with everything about our experience with this team and it's work. I've never seen such efficient execution of a repair job on a house. I was expecting our installation of an entire new system to take days and it took less than three hours. Josh, with the assistance of David and Micah, did a tear out and reinstall with record breaking speed and professional efficiency and tested everything for accuracy. After the work was done we weren't left confused by the new technology. Josh explained the new tech savvy thermostat to us and left us with no questions left to ask. Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely now our very dependable HVAC service team forever!

It was time to change out my 15 year old unit before it died. Did not want to be stuck without heat/cooling in an emergency situation. Did some online searching and review reading and narrowed down to three choices. CMH was the only one that kept the schedule to meet. The other two gave a generic price based on square feet without meeting. CMH "Josh" did a full inspection with pictures. I had crawl space ducts and floor vents. He laid out two options of which I selected a full overhaul. The existing system was dated and duct work was....very bad. Went to an attic unit with outside condenser from Ruud. The CMH team was on time worked very efficiently and the final product looked great and professional. I was without heat for only 1.5 hours on the change over. They cleaned up very smartly removing the crawl space duct, old floor vents and intake, and their work areas. Fast, efficient and professional. I decided on the Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat and would highly recommend it. PRICE - Best

The CMH team, Josh, Mike junior, and Mark, aka the new guy, replaced an a/c system with 2 new compressors and and air handlers. They built a platform, redid all the necessary vent work, installed multiple safety shutoff switches, and installed new modern thermostats. They did it all in one day; they did it right, they did it fast, and they did it neat. I know if anything does go wrong they will stand behind the equipment and the job. 100% + satisfied with these guys and this company. Thanks again guys.
