I used their air-conditioning services before and then called to get a fan installed. Two very nice guys arrived within a couple of hours and promptly and politely installed the fan. Clean courteous and took the box. Only reason not 5 stars is the fan chain would not operate while in the glass dome. I rerouted it to the side and speed work on now. The in off for this fan and light has 2 switches on the wall, chain for speed of fan only

Sunday our AC stopped working & I called Cooper expecting they would send someone out sometime during the week. Much to my surprise he said someone can come in a few hours. Less than 45mins the repair guy was here to install a new motor. Didn’t break the bank & we slept comfortably again w the AC up and running. Great business!! Service: A/C system repair
