I have dealt with several other HVAC companies in the past, but have never received the experience like I did from Dakota at Fogel! Will highly recommend to everyone! Wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

This is my 2nd time having to use them & I am pleased. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that the 1st guy used didn't do as he shldve to fix the issue but the 2nd guy corrected it so far this time. He was very nice & patiently answered my questions so I understood. Service providers usually don't allow you a chance to say what you feel may the issue & what all happened but thats definitely not the case w/ this previous visit! More on the expensive side though but that's a company thing.

Under 400 days into My new house with brand new central ac installed by fogel. They were called about the issue last year and did an adjustment but it solved nothing. Now we are cooking in 75 degrees or higher when cooking and they refuse to come out and check it because it’s over a year. Just for the fact that I might wanna use them in future they should be quick to come and check the system out but they want a service charge. I’m a disabled person and am barely able to afford my bills. They did something wrong and refuse to fix it. I wil be calling the state to report them and I will Be suggesting that everyone else steers clear of the company.
