We could not have asked for any more professional or quality service. We had a leaky roof on a patio enclosure that was done by another contractor who had since fled the area. Nance Roofing showed up with crew and did it right. We could not be any more pleased. We highly recommend Nance roofing and will call them for any more work that we ever need.

I did not employ Nance Roofing but I am going to get them to do my roof. There are 5 townhomes where we live. We had a roofer fix all five at once. It was Christmas Eve when they completed the project and 'the night before Christmas' it rained. We were soaked, in our beds, (no sugar plums dancing in our heads) and the water did so much damage...cold too. I called the boss at 3AM!! This was a few years ago. My neighnor next door got a new roof last month. It is gorgeous but, like some things, it can be gorgeous on the outside but rotted on the inside. Because I am in need of a new roof I watched the entire project every day from morning until they left. Mr. Nance had three workers in addition to himself. It was probably 100 degrees and the sun was beating on them mercilessly. They did NOT, until it was time for lunch, get off of that roof. There was no break, no stopping, just work and they did it well. Within two days the roof was completed and it is functional, doesn't leak, lo
