One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

It must be poetic justice that I received a text message to submit a review. Where do I start? I called this company to check my ac unit because it was getting a little too warm in my house. They came out exactly when they said they would and the problem was diagnosed quickly and that’s about the only good thing I can say from here on out. I was charged 127 dollars for the inspection which I cannot complain about but the technician said I would receive a call from someone within 2-3 business days with a quote to perform the work needed. I waited a week and nothing. I called them back and asked for an update. They apologized and said I would get a call within the hour. No call was received. I waited a couple more days and called back and got transferred to a manager. The manager said he needed to check with the warehouse if they had the part in stock and he would text me back. I’m so happy with this company, they take care of us and our A/C and worked with us and provide us the best services, we started last year when Welcome Home Organization contacted them to fix one of our units and decided to do the maintenance and be grateful with my husband(he’s a Veteran) and when they came to do it again the another units got fire and the technician explained to us and showed us what’s happened and contacted the company and they sends Mrs. Carlos and they worked the situation and make appointment to next day early in the morning to install everything and we can have our new units and every single installation done!! It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is as professional and responsive as One Hour Heating and Cooling. Their technicians/installers did an outstanding job from checking out our old system to installing the new one. All was taken care of in less than a week. Would definitely recommend them.
