One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Jason s. came to provide a quote for a c air conditioner and heat pump. He was on time, extremely pleasant, professional, and answered all of our questions. He provided us with a competitive estimate and made us rethink our view of the product they sell. Their customer service sounds great and coverage of the product i.e., repairs versus replacement, sounded very appealing. Jason was an excellent reflection on one hour air conditioning. We’re glad we called them. We are collecting estimates now, and one hour air conditioning is at the top of the pile. We hope to make a decision soon.

It must be poetic justice that I received a text message to submit a review. Where do I start? I called this company to check my ac unit because it was getting a little too warm in my house. They came out exactly when they said they would and the problem was diagnosed quickly and that’s about the only good thing I can say from here on out. I was charged 127 dollars for the inspection which I cannot complain about but the technician said I would receive a call from someone within 2-3 business days with a quote to perform the work needed. I waited a week and nothing. I called them back and asked for an update. They apologized and said I would get a call within the hour. No call was received. I waited a couple more days and called back and got transferred to a manager. The manager said he needed to check with the warehouse if they had the part in stock and he would text me back.
