Kim Florian is so friendly and helpful! She was also very informative about all the products and services offered. She made sure that everything was scheduled and lined up so that the insurance company could come out to inspect. John Hainsey was also great! He let us know when he arrived, when the insurance rep arrived, as well as when they were finished. We look forward to having Orange Elephant replace our roof!
