So we have a lennox AC unit that's about 3-4 years old. When our AC stopped working it gave us Smiths number to service it (so we're assuming they installed it). Appointment scheduled for the next day, tech came out. Told me it was a switch and they would order it and call to schedule the next appointment. A week and a half later we called to check up, part had come in, appointment two days later. New tech came out, said it was the wrong part, it was the control board that needed changing. Ok, waited another week and a half, CALLED THEM again, part was in, appointment the next day. No show. They somehow accidentally canceled the appointment, nothing they could do. Appointment the next day. Switched the control board to be told that still wasn't the main problem! Fan was out! At this point we asked a friend to come look at it, we had an appointment with his company on a Thursday, part was in and fixed (plus had to redo the wiring on the board that was wired incorrectly) Tuesday.
