My request for service was responded to very quickly. The service guys were great as always; careful, neat, explained the problem and suggested solution and cost and were professional and very friendly and polite. The problem, a defective refrigerator fan, was replaced in a timely manner. Thanks Dews for the good service!
We just moved to SC and we need a refrigerator ASAP. Jonathan was very helpful and assisted us with getting a refrigerator within a few days. The gentleman that delivered the refrigerator was awesome. They set everything up they noticed the gasket around the refrigerator was broken and they order the part right away for us. We received an email letting us know that the gasket was ordered and they will contact us when it comes in.
Always a pleasure dealing with Dews. I’ve purchased appliances for several homes. Sales & service are excellent. Highly recommend.
