Olympus Home did a phenomenal job from the start of the insurance process to the completion of our roof install. The entire team was great to work with. Cannot recommend them enough! The roof is far better than what the builder install that was there. You guys are amazing!!

We are getting a few estimates for a new roof and repairs. Olympus was prompt about coming out, but then they went radio silent. I have no received a quote in almost 2 weeks. I called to request the estimate and despite friendly and professional assurances that I would have it "probably around lunch time", it did not happen and no one called. I mean, it's just emailing me the info. That's not a lot to ask. This company is not for us if I have to chase down the estimate. Cannot imagine how much work I would have to do to get the roof done with them. Update: I have checked my email inbox and spam folders repeatedly over the past week and still do not have the estimate from Olympus Homes (as of 04/03/23). We are aware of repairs other than the shingles and spoke about that with the guy who came out. He said you all would pull satellite images and get a quote to us within a couple of days. I don't have it. I have not confused you with the 2 other companies that came to do the same thing. G
