I was disappointed with my experience and hoped I had my new go-to for emergency service. The good is the prompt service anytime you need them. The bad is the quote they provide is astronomical. It's a worst case scenario quote and we won't know until we get into it. Never a good option as a customer. For $6k to fix my well I had to pass. My original installer came out the next day and had us operational for $280.
Immediately set up an appointment for the next day as they were super busy. Techs were able to diagnose and fix everything in about an hour. Great service!!
We had the well inspected and water tested. The technician Mike was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very detailed as he was explaining everything that he was doing. He was very patient as he answered all of our questions. Inspection was thorough and we were given a very detailed recommendation of the repairs that were needed. Highly recommend Well Doctor.
