Replaced a water heater. Our experience with Pipedex Pluming has been nothing but great. We had them here to fix a shower head, then a leak in the bathroom and whiles they were at it, we realized our water heater was leaking which they came to install a new one the next business day. They have a quick turnaround; they are very prompt. Stephan was the guy, and we absolutely love working with him. He usually comes in with another guy. I discovered a leak the evening of April 9th, and sent a text to the company the following morning at 7:20 am. By 8:00 am, they had already contacted me and said they would be here by 10:00 am. They were about an hour early which was great. Stephan was extremely knowledgeable and figured out the issue within minutes, and he and Oleg fixed the issue in under an hour.
