Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Great technician, wish I would have call them the first time. They did excellent work, and quite thoroughly inspected my system post install. Great people.

Roto- Rooter was excellent called and talked to a representative named “Kevin” he was awesome very professional along with miss “Tammy” from the office couldn’t ask for better people to handle the issue the technician they called outs name was “George” this guy was spectacular he fixed the problem and kept us informed very well throughout this process and finished the job …… unlike Rooter Man who we called out first which come out 2 days in a row and where very unprofessional and 2nd day left and never fixed the job and charged us $509 ….. so lesson learned if you need awesome service call Roto-Rooter first Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair

Had a few issues and I have never had to deal with any plumbing problems but Brandon came out and gave me an estimate but went the extra mile and also explained everything very thoroughly for me to understand since I had no knowledge of anything really. He gave me all the info I needed, didn’t mind the 100 questions that I asked him, and as a single female, he didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of or being mislead. Very informative & obviously good at his job. Give this good looking man a raise!
