Always backed up, no priority for long time customer with an emergency. Multiple leaks were found to be patched and a pipe was severely bent from their last repair job that didn’t last a year. Beware of their shoddy workmanship.
Got multiple quotes from other contractors before deciding to go with Batson. Will DEFINITELY use them again. Had a french drain put in along the side of my house, as well as increasing the size of an old 4'' pipe to an 8" all the way down to the culvert. Overall it took them 4 days, John and Justin were prompt and went above and beyond their SOW., explaining everything and making sure the job site was spic-and-span when they finished. First day out, their supervisor Danny came and made sure they knew the job inside-out. Very pleased with the results.
