Integrity Plumbing of the Upstate LLC

I called Integrity after being ghosted by other plumbers. I spoke with Allison on the phone and she was very communicative and quick to send out a tech. Nick, the tech, came out and promptly diagnosed my problem and explained exactly what was needed to fix it and the cost before doing the work. He even checked out a couple other areas of concern free of charge. Overall, Integrity blew me away with their communication and professionalism. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and I’ll recommend them to others.

We have used Integrity Plumbing several times for installation of a water heater to a bathroom remodel to a pipe burst. They did an awesome job and were able to provide same day service for a leak in my crawlspace. Very thorough in explaining what caused the problem, and mentioned other issues I may run in to with my current plumbing configuration (plus a very reasonable quote to address all of it before more problems arise).
