Our family had a wonderful experience with Josh, the Davis Technician. He did a great job, friendly and very professional. He was patient with us explaining what was wrong with the system and what needed to be done to repair it. BTW - this was our first call to Davis. It will not be the last. We are two very satisfied customers.

First, I was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Davis is usually booked weeks in advance. Technician Josh showed up soon afterward and diagnosed my ailing HVAC system in about 30 minutes. He offered me two repair solutions, one a bit more expensive than the other. He was very candid on the pros and cons of each. I clearly understood my options after his explanation, which enabled me to make an educated decision. Josh was 100% professional, obviously knew what he was doing, and completely aboveboard the whole time. That's one reason why I've been a Davis customer for over 20 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks, Josh and Davis Services.
