I’ve used my fair share of A/C repair places, and unfortunately I’m usually less than satisfied. My Terminex guy recommended Action and I thought I’d give them a try. I can’t say enough good things about them! I had a very unusual A/C repair situation and they kept at it until they fixed it. What was so great about it was the fantastic communication and professionalism they exhibited along the way. Their technicians are incredibly polite, and the front office communicated with me to keep me informed every step of the way. When the problem proved hard to solve, they worked with me to make the bill fair for both of us.
