Any sales rep that says “do you still want to have that baby?” to your 7 month pregnant wife should not have a job in sales. Especially after quoting unethically high prices... Absolutely ridiculous. Please note this review is being left right after Fix-it 24/7 bought Barrus, so this is a review about the new company. Long story short: their price for a new 3.5 ton system was $18k. We are about to buy a similar system from Oceanview for under $9k. Their price was DOUBLE. Add to that: the sales guy sat at our kitchen table and had the audacity to say they “know the industry” and their prices were competitive and hard to beat. And to top it all off, he ‘joked’ to my 7 month pregnant wife “do you still want to have that baby?”
