I couldn't be happier with my experience with Liberty Roofworks. Following a recent storm, we had a tree damage part of our roof. In the time it took other roofers to even return my phone call, Jesse was on site, making temporary repairs to prevent water damage. The entire repair process from start to finish was quick, thorough and performed to perfection. Perhaps even more impressive than the quality of work was Jesse's level of communication. He provided updates throughout the repair process, returned calls and text messages quickly, and provided photos as work progressed. Jesse was easy to work with and very responsive. It took us a few weeks to make our decision and he didn't pressure us into making a decision. We had some roof leak issues and were referred to Liberty Roofworks by our restoration company. Working with Liberty and Jesse in particular was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any home repair/service company. Jesse was prompt and professional. He explained the issues and his plan of action and got to work. His responsiveness and communication were outstanding. During his work, he discovered that our issue was more extensive than originally thought and took care of the additional repairs with no questions or issues. On top of all that, he's just a nice guy that was a pleasure to work with.
