I had a small water leak in my bedroom coming from my roof. I called Liberty Roofworks who sent a gentleman named Jesse out to repair my roof in a timely manner. He explained what was causing the leak (supplied many pictures,) and was able to fix it same day. Very happy with their services as the issue was time sensitive, and was taken care of fast. So in December of 2021 we noticed through a terrible job by another contractor we had severe water damage to an exterior wall. I contacted a water damage repair company and they came and stated there was damage to my roof that needed to be repaired before they could begin. I tried contacting numerous contractors to look at it and none would call me back or follow through. I called the water damage company back and they recommended Liberty Roofworks. I called them right away and they sent Jessie out the next day. He immediately identified the problem, showed it to me and had his crew there two days later fixing my roof. The water damage repairs went through and the job completed. Fast forward to yesterday May 23, 2022. We had several severe storms and as I walked up my stairs I noticed another area water was getting into the original water damage area that had been repaired. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Liberty Roofworks. Following a recent storm, we had a tree damage part of our roof. In the time it took other roofers to even return my phone call, Jesse was on site, making temporary repairs to prevent water damage. The entire repair process from start to finish was quick, thorough and performed to perfection. Perhaps even more impressive than the quality of work was Jesse's level of communication. He provided updates throughout the repair process, returned calls and text messages quickly, and provided photos as work progressed.
