All American took great care of us in the heat of summer, doing a diagnosis on our frozen unit and then getting a replacement installed the very next day. I was so impressed by how quickly they had things changed out and then up and running again. They also took care to make sure that everything was cleaned up after (specifically, the attic likes to shed bits of insulation), which was a nice touch in my opinion. Every single employee I spoke with was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jared and Randy both went above and beyond in making sure we knew our options and helped us feel empowered to make the best choices. I also want to highlight how much I appreciated that they had a 24/7 phone line, so we could call at 11pm when we discovered the problem and get seen right away the next morning. That was just really nice. I would 100% recommend them for if you're in a pinch or if you're just looking for a reliable company to do preventative maintenance too. They're a great company!

We had a freon leak in our AC unit the other weekend. We called the All American team late on a Saturday night and they were there early the next morning to fix our unit and get our air running again.
