When we had an emergency on a Thursday and 3 other companies said they would try to get to us by Tuesday, they showed up in about 90 minutes. Totally professional, educated us on the problem, what our options were and charged a reasonable fee for that day. Cannot praise them enough..
Needed emergency same day service on Christmas Eve. Called at 9:00 AM and they said they would try to work me in. On Christmas Eve I would accept anything I could get. At 12:00 PM owner/driver showed up. Pumped out tank at a very reasonable price. Very professional. I will be using again when needed. 10/21/2020 Update decided to have my tank pumped again after to years to check the scum level and sludge. Both were fine but I called AMA to pump as the cement top was way to heavy for me to remove. I will go 5 years next time but I felt better know what the condition was after 2 years use. I called AMA at 1:00PM. By 2:30PM the same day he was gone and complete. Can't say enough about his service.
