The actual windows themselves provided by Hansons look great and work great in terms of keeping heat out in hot and insulation during cold weather. However, in terms of communication they massively fall short. Getting a hold of anyone is near impossible. Workmanship is also very poor. They left an absolute mess in our house. There was sawdust all over the floor and they left screws everywhere. The worst part was that when we got home they claimed it wasn't them. They messed up a bunch of trim around the windows and then it took them 5 months to repair. They kept making promises of "we'll be out there next week" and it never happened. At one point the PM just stopped answering my calls. The work wasn't completed until November and the windows were installed in June. The "repaired" trim still has gaps and looks slightly worse than a DIY first timer. For the cost, I would not suggest Hansons at all.

1-800-HANSONS recently replaced 5 windows in my home. They were very efficient & professional. The entire process from initial estimate to building the custom fit windows to final install was only 2 months. The windows look beautiful, are triple-pane for efficiency, & are so easy to keep clean. I will definitely use 1-800-HANSONS for my next home improvement project. Had 9 windows and a patio door installed. Sales rep quoted 1 day install that ended up taking 3, did not address the window sills at the time of the sales pitch and was extremely hard to get in touch with after the fact. I never heard from the project coordinator until after the lone installer had been working for a few hours. Each window had terrible siding blemishes when completed. Submitted photos of the issues with no response for close to a week. The solution presented was to match a 20+ year old paint color and will take two weeks before completed. *Update - was contacted by the GM of the Sioux Falls office, was told the installer used the wrong wrap which created the issue and that they would get a crew out to fix it properly and it wouldn't take weeks. After waiting a week not hearing anything I reached out and he said he was out of office and would get ahold of me soon. Waited a few more days without hearing anything and had to reach out again.
