I called at 5:30 PM on a Sunday as my basement drain was backing up. It always seems to happen when I least expect it, and always on a weekend. Dang tree roots. Help was here within the hour! Around the Clock is a lifesaver! Service: Drain cleaning

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday because our basement drain was backing up. The tech showed up on time, looked everything over and said I needed a clean out installed before he could do anything. Then he left. I had another company come in on Tuesday, install the clean out and they charged me $400. I called ‘drain masters’ back, letting them know what had been done. Another tech showed up later that day, looked at the steps to my basement and said that it was going to take two people and then he left. Wednesday, two techs showed up and were not happy with where the clean out was installed. Then they discovered there already was a clean out there. Needless to say, I was not happy. The owner called and said there was nothing he could do about their mistake. “Anyone would have missed it and it’s up to the homeowner to know what they have for pipes.” He said.
