Multiple negative experiences with tech and service department. Paid over 300$ to replace a part, and less than 3 months later the system needs replaced. Told returning part and refund was not an option but I could "talk to Ryan and see if he'd give you a good deal". Never will use again or recommend to anyone. Service: A/C system maintenance
What a great experience. Thought getting a new AC unit and Furnace was going to be a huge headache, but with Baete it was actually easy and pleasant experience. Ryan Sexton explained my options, pricing, pros/cons, and was very honest through the entire sales process. Great to work with and responsive. Matt Weber the installer was very professional and did excellent work, consulting me on my options for venting, putting in more materials/work to get to my liking since older home.
