Reclaimed my refrigerant and reused it and charged me for new, tec told me he reclaimed refrigerant and just added a little, when office manager asked him he said he didn't reclaim and added 5 pounds. ( He lied). Don't do business with this company! My first question to tec was is the compressor burned out, he said no it is still working but about ready to go, then I asked was freon burned he said no I reclaimed it, then he said he only had to add a little, now I'm getting charged for full freon charge, which most of it was mine. My problem is not the money it's them lying to me, HOW CAN YOU TRUST ANYONE WHO LIES TO! Service: HVAC system repair
