Where do I begin… I have been more than understanding and as always a company will take advantage of the consumer. We got an estimate in June of 2022 and Gary was great. I even recommended them to a co worker. I regret doing so. We thought we made the right choice until our installation. #1 our roof was completed in August 2022 and I am still picking up shingles out of bushes. In addition we had requested to get our fascia replaced along with new gutter installation. In which we keep having to remind them every time we speak. We requested the fascia and have the gutters replaced. Our gutters were to be replaced in September which hasn’t happened as of 11/14/2022. We have been calling and texting Brent who barely replies or answers the phone. The worst experience we have ever had with a business.I understand the subcontracting out the gutter work but this is ridiculous. The job isn’t done and you just don’t wash your hands of responsibility because your part of the job is done.
