I had a pipe burst and called hoping to see someone show up at least that day…. Howe showed up within an hour and had the problem solved and fixed in no time at all. I'll start with, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We called a competitor who was listed as the initial installer of the old water heater, they quoted us 48 to come out and replace the old water heater. This same competitor was more expensive and told me I could call around, but everyone would be out 2 days. I called Howe based on Google reviews, not only was Howe able to make it sooner, the quoted the same day. They quoted in 4 hours. Oh, they were also cheaper. Howe continued to surprise more. They arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. Howe had the entire job done before the initial quoted arrival time. We had issues with other companies, finally called Howe and John? Jean? Was at the house within 30-45 minutes! He was very nice and helpful, explained everything he was doing and got the issue fixed very quickly. Will definitely be recommending Howe over anyone else! Service: A/C system repair
