They did not show up on time. They side it was fixed got charged for parts that were not put it and still broke.

Jers is absolutely fantastic! After my experiences, this is the first and only place, I will ever call for HVAC, appliance, or plumbing work. I wish there were more stars I could give. He is very responsive, responsible, reliable, honest, straight forward, and does superb quality work. In the beginning of winter in Canton, SD, he was the ONLY person/ business who showed any concern that my daughter's family didn't have any heat. I called Jer's for help with a boiler. He got heat for my family , and saved me from shelling out an emergency $10,000. (A previous company had come out, said the boiler needed to be replaced, and then left-- this was in winter in South Dakota where it gets down to negative 30 degrees.) I called several other companies to see if boiler really needed to be replaced and if so, give me an estimate to replace it.
