I don't know what I'm more impressed with; the customer service or the skill of the technicians. I'm in Brookings South Dakota and they are located in Sioux Fall South Dakota. The distance is roughly 50 miles. There have been times when I've called with a problem and they showed up the same day. We have one of those aging roofs with rocks on top of a membrane. MJ Dalsin has never failed to find the pin hole that is causing the leak. It's not just one technician with this talent, the whole crew is able to find the leak just by stepping it off from the inside of the building. I've kidded them before about working themselves out of a job because when they fix a leak it's for good. They even date and initial the patch. MJ Dalsin calls before they get here, contacts me when they get here, inspects the roof, shows me the pictures of the problem, tells me what they're going to do and then contacts me when it's done for my inspection and approval.
