They are an excellent team of plumbers. I had a gas dryer uninstalled on a Friday so that we could take it out and bring in a newer washer and dryer. I also had a water shutoff that was leaking under my kitchen sink. He returned at 8:30 on Monday and updated or connected everything on my list in an hour. They were not big things but necessary repairs. He was efficient and came with everything he needed. I was a long time customer of Dan Parker Plumbing and they have joined with Waterbury. If you need any repairs, maintenance, equipment quotes, call Waterbury! You will be glad you did. We have used Waterbury 4 or 5 times and each time they were wonderful. They always go above and beyond and do more than they need to. Everyone is very knowledgeable and not only fixes the issue but also makes sure we are doing everything to prevent any other problems. Some companies nickle and dime you just to tell you they can't fix the problem. Waterbury provides wonderful service and we always feel like they gave us a great deal.
