The entire team at Underdog Roofing has been a pleasure to work with. I worked with the owner (Will) on the original roof inspection. When other roofing companies failed to find the "insurable" damages, Will recognized the issues and recommended that his team work with my insurance on a damage claim. His team was ultimately instrumental in getting my insurance to acknowledge replacement of the entire roof because the original shingles were discontinued. My hats off however to Chase (Project Manager) whom I worked with closely the entire time. He is not only professional but one of the nicest person one can hope to work with. I had zero issues working with Chase end-to-end on my project. Madeline (Office Manager) is no exception in her responses and also addressing concerns when Will and Chase are tied-up. We are so impressed with UNDERDOG ROOFING! They recently installed a new roof and gutters on our house. Of all the services we have ever used in over 30 years, they are by far the best we have ever worked with. They were the most organized company we have worked with. They started on the day that they said they would. Every day the workers left the site perfectly clean. All of their team members were so polite and courteous. Will and his team not only provided a superior finished product, but their customer service and attention to detail put Underdog Roofing at the top! Madeline, the office manager, was also great to deal with. She knows the roofing business including being very knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance companies. Shout out to Ron Ross, our project manager, as well! I vetted 4-5 different roofers in the area, but Underdog Roofing differentiated themselves on project quality, value and customer service.
