Travis and the team replaced my water heater about a year ago and did a great job. They were very professional, courteous, responded quickly and very time efficient in their work. I recently had another issue which I thought was my water heater leaking, but it turned out to be a pressure regulator valve that had gone defective and caused the water heater to pressure relief. In between this event we again called upon them and they were able to pinpoint a water leak and repair it very quickly. About 8 am this morning (9/8/21) I discovered my 13 year old water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. and spoke with Travis, he told me what to do quit leaking and they could be out later today. He and Kendall arrived at 12:00 pm and at 2:15 pm we were back in business with a brand new Rheem 50 gal. water heater. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. Cleaned up and hauled off old unit! YES, I would use them again!
