My alternator died while driving through Chattanooga on the way to Kentucky. I was towed to East Ridge Auto just because they were close and they really came through for me. They had my truck up and running with a new alternator and charged battery in no time. They were honest and very friendly. They also have a real family atmosphere in the shop and I would recommend them to anyone. I was given incredible service and am very grateful for them. Services: Battery service, Electrical

I want to give a big thanks to Jeremy Broome for finding the problem with my jeep. I do not understand the negative reviews. My visit was very pleasant. And the turn around was great. If you have any electrical problems with your vehicle go to Broomes.

I didn't even use them, I was stuck in the middle of the street, in the morning with school busses and car dropping off kids everywhere, suv went died, walked over to this place to see if someone could come help me and got told no one was there to help me. Someone open the garage door, but couldn't help me even try to get the car out of the street. Not I would not recommend them to anyone.
