People say “they charge too much”…….when your air conditioning is not cooling and it’s 100degrees outside it’s not too much! You can call 24 hours a day and get taken care of. I love Lee Company. They stand behind their products and services.
Lee scrambled to get a tech to our place the same PM as the AC stopped. As the tech was enroute, he was able to talk us through the issue. A really cool solution. We always appreciate Lee's prompt and efficient service.
When we took 3 power hits 2 months ago that caused our A/C to go down, Lee Company had someone out the next day, on a Saturday at a reasonable rate to fix the issues and get us back up and running. When we recently needed an A/C maintenance issue addressed in the midst of a heat wave, there was a service agent out within 2 hours or less who found the issue and addressed it quickly. In both instances, the service agents were very polite, friendly and professional.
