As always, Lee Company makes it easy to do business with them. A real person answers the phone; they are knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling is easy and prompt. EVERY TIME. This time I needed my AC unit repaired and the technician (Andrew) arrived on-time and got right to work. In my experience, all the techs are friendly, well-trained and thorough. Pricing is known upfront and very fair. A+
